Part 2: Master Planning
Part 2 «Land Layout Scheme» must contain:
a) Land plot characteristics
b) Presentation of
c) Presentation of land plot layout in accordance to Master (Town) plan and technical regulations.
d) Technical and Economical Characteristics of land plot.
e) Presentation of decisions for engineering land preparation including engineering protection of building and adjacent territory from dangerous geological processes, flood, surface and ground water.
f) Description of relief management by vertical leveling.
g) Description of land improvement
h) Land plot zoning. Presentation of all buildings placement.
i) Presentation of transport scheme, providing external and internal road communications.
j) Technical data and characteristics of transport communications.
k) Layout scheme showing placement objects existed and to be constructed including existed and designed entrances and approaches.
l) Borders of public servitudes if any exists
m) Buildings to be pulled down — if necessary
n) Presentation of planning, improvement, planting and lighting of territory. Stages of construction. Scheme of vehicle motion on constructional site.
- o) Plan of ground mass
p) Utilities layout showing the points of connections to the existed utilities lines
q) Detailed plan of object location within provided land plot with indication of adjacent settlements borders, adjacent emergency zones (natural or industrial) and also with indication of transport and engineering communications.
